Flashback to 2014: High School Shenanigans
Armed with nothing but Notepad++, two pals, and an endless supply of enthusiasm, I unleashed my first website! A hat-tip to "Popcorn Time" (it was the talk of the digital town). 🍿
But hold on! The true coding passion kicked in when the three of us crafted a 2D platformer on Greenfoot. I mean, it had a rocket following you around (beat that, Elon 🚀) and a space-shooter level straight out of those nostalgic arcade days.
Life's next level? Software Engineering at The Hague University of Applied Sciences. In my free time, I:
🌌 Dove into Unreal Engine 4, crafting a side-scrolling space shooter. I became a one-man army: designer, programmer, and 3D modeler.
🤖 Became a crypto-sorcerer, conjuring up a trading bot. It could look into the matrix of past data and whisper secrets like "Buy" or "Sell".
🛍️ At AlphaTec, I took the reins in designing "FitableStyle". Confused by varying clothing sizes? Our app ensured a perfect fit across multiple brands.
Fast forward a few years, and I’m helming projects, nurturing them from seed ideas to fully-grown tech trees as the Co-Founder of Gain Impact. And now, diving into my latest venture - SMB360.ai. Just imagine a platform where a bot seamlessly handles all your customer support needs. That's not just a dream; it's the milestone we've proudly achieved.

Scope
Diligent definition of the app's features and layout occurs beforehand. A detailed scope document with descriptions, requirements, and timelines is created before building. This ensures a clear understanding of the project's goals. By aligning early, schedules, budgets, and satisfaction are effectively met.

Blueprint
Following the scoping document, we immediately get to work on the blueprint. Together, we will specify what needs to be constructed, the tools and frameworks we'll use, and how everything will communicate with each other. This allows us to efficiently start coding without having to go back to the drawing board.

Design
After we’re done with the blueprint, our team breaks down all your app's features, builds a custom UI kit, and starts designing every flow in your app - one by one. We use our shared project management software so you can stay in the loop on every feature and tweak.

Develop
Features are built as designed. Our efficient processes ensure rapid and consistent builds. Build progress is transparent, allowing for tweaks and direct discussions. Construction occurs in sprints with pre-defined deliverables. After each milestone, a live review is conducted for feedback, ensuring everything aligns with the plan.
